How can I get a quote quickly?

Fill out the quote request form, providing all the requested information. Feel free to share any Pinterest inspiration with us to facilitate our discussions.

Your request will be processed within 48 hours. A response and a commercial proposal will be provided to you as soon as possible.

Estimate

Please note that we offer a seven (7) day courtesy hold on your quotes. Your service and/or rental is only confirmed upon receipt of your duly dated and signed quote and your deposit. After this period, date availability is not guaranteed. We recommend that you secure your date as soon as possible by submitting your 50% deposit. Modify your booking: Once your 50% deposit has been sent, you can add items to your order up to 48 hours before your rental, subject to availability.

Reservation

To confirm the date of your event, you need to provide us with the duly signed quote along with a non-refundable deposit of 50%.

Deposit & Payment

We simplify the process of submitting your deposit and final payment via an electronic payment link or PayPal. If you wish to pay in cash, please inform your sales representative. Final payment must be made no later than the day before the event or 3 days before the rental period. Full payment for your event is required before we can attend.

Travel expenses are calculated based on the venue. The minimum amount is €80 for the Paris region and €230 outside the Paris region. We offer our services throughout France! We frequently serve the Hauts-de-Seine, Val d'Oise, Yvelines, Paris, and surrounding areas. Please let us know if you are interested in our services outside the Paris region. Note that travel expenses are subject to additional charges (on top of the service fee).

You can cancel your service at any time; however, the 50% deposit paid when booking your service will not be refunded under any circumstances . Nevertheless, you have the option to reschedule your service for a later date, with the same decorations planned for the original date (i.e., same decor, same theme, same colors) .

If you need a last-minute rental, we offer a convenient self-service pickup at our location in Sartrouville. Please arrive at the time indicated on your quote and bring the appropriate vehicle for the items. If you arrive with a vehicle other than the one specified by the sales representative, you are not guaranteed a new pickup time .

It is your responsibility to ensure that your rental items are protected from the elements (rain, snow, dirt, sand, etc.). Please have a backup plan in case of bad weather to avoid being charged for damages.

Our damage fees vary depending on the type of damage. If an item is returned broken, damaged, or altered, we charge a replacement fee, which is generally three times the rental rate. If an item is returned stained or torn, we charge a repair or cleaning fee.

We support non-profit organizations by offering them a 10% discount.
